The Maestro™-iS22 USB-inSync™ Master Timing Hub provides the precision distributed timing for USB-inSync™ devices. The -iS22 hub can distribute nanosecond synchronized, frequency accurate clocks to each attached device with precision clock frequency control.
Simply attach a USB-inSync™ device anywhere below the Maestro™ hub and it will lock it's clock to the precision reference on-board the -iS22. The Maestro™-iS22 also compensates each device clock for its position within the USB connection network to guarantee nanosecond phase accuracy.
And like all Maestro™ series hubs, the -iS22 operates at full bandwidth in a mixed USB1.1/USB2.0 environment. Most USB hubs only operate at USB2.0 rates if all attached devices support UBS2.0. Most revert to only 12Mb/s USB1.1 rates for all ports if even a single USB1.1 device is attached. Maestro™ hubs utilize advanced packet switching to maintain full bandwidth on all ports.
